Documents + Educative Support
Provides the essential tools and educative support to help your team align with the changes in a practical, achievable way.
This package will allow Providers to:

- Ensure your documents align to your practices.
Full Support + Performance Assessment (Recommended)
Our premium package walks you through the entire change process providing you with both the essential tools and expert support.
This package will allow Providers to:
- Build internal capability and understanding;
- Improve outcomes and evidence readiness;
- Contextualise with confidence; and
- Ensure your documents align to your practices.
- Validate outcomes with a performance assessment.
- Provides insights that can be used to refine and improve training, assessment, and operational processes; and
- Reduce audit stress through structured support.
Documents + Educative Support
Includes a full suite of updated and mapped policies, procedures, forms,
and resources—including a revised Student Handbook—aligned with the
Outcome Standards and ready for contextualisation. Please refer to Appendix A
for a full list of documents included in this suite.
You’ll also receive tailored support to help embed the materials within your
organisation, including leadership and staff briefings to support internal
understanding. Statements of Attendance are provided for governance and audit
purposes.

Full Support + Performance Assessment (Recommended)
Our premium package includes everything in Package 1, plus a
post-implementation performance assessment (audit). This will be conducted a few months after 1 July to:
- Check how the changes are being applied in practice;
- Highlight any gaps;
- Suggested rectification; and
- Support continuous improvement efforts.
Providers will be provided with a comprehensive audit report, enabling them to easily identify their development maturity across each focus area. It also contributes to evidence of effective self-assurance practices.
In addition, we’ll be offering:
- A series of webinars in collaboration with some of our preferred VET partners; and
- A range of professional development workshops to help upskill your team (offered at an additional cost).
